Set at the head of Porthleven harbour, Kota Kai Bar & Kitchen is a relaxed, vibrant space for eating, drinking and taking in the harbour views.
Created by chef Jude Kereama, the menu brings together the flavours and influences that have shaped his cooking, with bold, Asian-inspired dishes, Cornish produce and plenty designed for sharing. Whether you’re joining us for lunch, dinner, drinks or one of our much-loved Sunday roasts, Kai is all about great food in an informal setting.
Kota Kai is also now home to our sister restaurant, Kota, Located within its own intimate space inside Celtic House, Kota offers Jude’s more refined tasting-menu experience — bringing two distinct restaurants together under one roof, overlooking Porthleven harbour.
And when the Cornish weather allows - you’ll find Kuki outside at the head of the harbour.
Our laid-back outdoor kitchen brings cooking over coals to the waterfront, with fresh seafood, oysters and dishes straight from the BBQ, alongside cold beers, wines and cocktails. Grab a bench, settle in and enjoy some of the best harbour views in Porthleven — or take something away with you.
Kuki is open seasonally and, as you’d expect from an outdoor Cornish kitchen, opening times are weather dependent.
